Vanessa Lujano began working at Carl Nelson Insurance in 2018 as an agent in the Personal Lines Department. She quickly learned the company’s systems well and running the front desk.
She enjoys staying busy and answering phones while still processing all of her work and translating for other coworkers as needed.
When Vanessa is not at work, she loves going on vacations with family or just staying home and cooking, especially baking new dishes.
